Restorative Trauma Release TRE

RESTORATIVE TRAUMA RELEASE (TRE)

1 hour of restful and supportive trauma release to dislodge stuck emotions, life stories, and pain from the body.  This process helps to retrain the stress responses in the brain and to free the body from "fight, flight, or freeze" patterns. Following TRE is a short NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) integration session.

Inspire healing through a variety of restful and supportive services designed to nourish the nerves, support cognitive function, reverse chronic depletion, engage more positive stress responses, and dislodge stuck trauma or fixed patterns in the body.
​In this fast-paced world our brains are almost always on high alert keeping our bodies and nervous systems stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses.  When the brain believes it is in danger and constantly feels the need to protect itself, it causes dysfunction and imbalances such as chronic pain, illness, inflammation, depression, or anxiety.  Over time, such dysfunction aggregates and grows as our brains remain in a state of near-exhaustion and our bodies struggle to maintain a daily pace. 
Simply put, we are all exhausted. Trauma and stress can change the brain’s functioning and the body’s health over time.  
With regular focus on rest practices and healing modalities, the body can begin to send messages of safety to the brain which over time bring balance to the nervous system and all other bodily systems.  This creates a feedback loop healing the brain as well as the body.
